Ryan Forsyth is an executive director and a managing partner of The Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth | Crowle Leased Investment Team of Cushman & Wakefield. With 10 years of experience, Ryan specializes in the disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties nationwide, with an emphasis on ground-up development secured by blue-chip tenants on long-term net leases. Ryan serves his clients as a strategic partner, providing meticulous service with integrity. His repeat clients are some of the most active developers and owners in the nation. In 2017, Ryan and his three partners closed 127 transactions totaling $468,000,000 in consideration in 23 states. Throughout their careers, they have completed over 600 transactions valued at over $4.4 billion.

Prior to being a broker, Ryan was a financial analyst for a Wall Street firm, which has provided him with in-depth experience in detailed underwriting and the ability to navigate complex properties, maximizing value and benefiting his clients. He is a member of ICSC, ARGUS Certification, and is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento.

Ryan spends his free time with his wife and three young boys. He also enjoys spending time on the water, fly fishing, and bird hunting.
